SHIPPING AND RETURNS

Shipping Policy

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

Your products are shipped from our warehouse in Western Australia.

All items are tracked via Australia Post.

Orders will be packed and dispatched within 1-3 business days of being placed.

Delivery times for standard shipping option delivery is 2-6 business days for most Metro and inner-regional postcodes.

In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

Outer-regional areas may experience slightly longer shipping times.

All orders are sent as 'Authority to Leave'.

 

This means that if you aren't home when they try to deliver your parcel, the courier will leave it in a safe place if there is one available.
 


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING


We currently using Australia Post.

Products are shipping from Perth, Australia and will be delivered as soon as possible, depending on region.

In busy trading periods, orders may take longer due to high volumes.

What Currency Does Your Website Use?
All prices are in AUD. Your order will be processed in AUD and your bank will convert to your currency. Please be aware that foreign currency exchange fees may apply. GST % is determined by AUD.

Duties & Taxes
Any customs, taxes or import duties due are charged once the parcel reaches the destination country and must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. We have no control over these charges and cannot advise you in advance of the total duty which will be charged.

Return & Exchange Policy

There is no exchange or refund on custom or made to order products.

 

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase please contact us via our website.

Any returned products must be in perfect salable condition, in the original packaging and with all tags attached.

Purchases of sale or discounted items are final; no returns are accepted unless the items are faulty and this was not obvious prior to purchase (see “Faulty Items” below).

 
Exchanges
 
We do not offer refunds for incorrect sizing.

Please ensure product and size are correct at time of purchase.

We offer exchanges or store credit at our discretion.

Items are to be returned within 14 days of receipt and contacting.

Shipping will be at the cost of the customer.
 
Faulty Items
 
If your items are faulty, you are entitled to return them to us within 30 days of receipt for exchange or a refund.

If you are returning the items after 30 days has passed, we may opt to repair or replace them before offering a refund.

We will cover the cost of any return postage for goods bought online which are faulty or not as described.


This does not apply to items which are discounted by us for an obvious fault.

Special Releases

All special releases are especially made to order items and due to this no refunds or exchanges will be provided.
